Refund & Return Policy

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Please remember to try on your new product until you are certain you love them and will be keeping them. All products/items should be returned unmarked, unworn and in their original, undamaged package. If products/items are returned without their original packaging, they may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is an item return with original packaging and without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.  Refunds for damaged goods are also contingent upon inspection of item(s) to ensure the original unworn and unused condition.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender if they cannot be identified.

Event Ticket Refund Policy

We CANNOT refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away. IF you are requesting a refund prior to our  7 day refund policy you will be credited  the amount for a future show within the same calendar year.  We will absolutely CANNOT refund or exchange tickets for an event as been attended.

Service Cancellation Policy

Since our services are largely time and planning, we do our best to provide a refund policy that takes this into account. Partners may cancel Agreement by giving written notice to FashionBar LLC.  Any and all cancellations will result in the forfeiture equal to the monetary value based on services provided. Should the Agreement be cancelled by a Business Partner within seven (7) days a full refund of the transaction will be processed, after the 7th (7) day a seventy-five percent refund will be applied. After fourteen (14) days fifty percent of the transaction will be refunded. After thirty (30) days Business Partner’s account will be credited only. All cancellations to this contract requires written notification either by mail or email. Products and/or Services returned to us AFTER 30 days will NOT be refunded.
