FashionBar is seeking a professional, style-driven Showroom Retail Lead to support daily operations within our fashion showroom. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, and visitors, delivering elevated customer experiences while managing retail operations and inventory for FashionBar’s resident designers.
The Showroom Retail Lead plays a key role in representing the FashionBar brand, maintaining showroom standards, and supporting sales performance in a polished, organized, and client-focused environment.
This position may be part-time or full-time, depending on availability and business needs.
Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
Offer expert styling advice and trend insights to clients
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding each client’s individual needs and preferences
Curate merchandise to create complete, cohesive outfits for clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
Support sales goals across resident designer collections
Showroom Operations
Open and close the showroom as scheduled
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment
Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and aligned with brand standards
Act as a professional representative of FashionBar at all times
Inventory & Reporting
Track and manage inventory for resident designers within the showroom
Maintain accurate product records and stock levels
Coordinate with internal teams regarding incoming and outgoing merchandise
Prepare and submit weekly sales and inventory reports
Assist with sales tracking and performance insights for internal review
Qualifications
Strong background in retail, fashion sales, or customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide confident styling guidance and product knowledge
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing inventory and sales reporting
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Fashion-forward mindset with awareness of current trends
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience working in a fashion showroom or boutique environment
Familiarity with multi-designer retail spaces
Experience with POS systems and inventory tracking tools
Schedule & Availability
Flexible scheduling based on showroom hours and events
Ability to work weekends, special events, or extended hours as needed
