FashionBar is offering (2) Salon Booth rental spaces for you to build your client base in downtown Chicago! The space is located at Water Tower Place (Level 3) on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile! The Salon Booth styling team may choose to work a full time schedule with an opportunity to build your credibility in one of America’s most progressive city
Our goal is to provide a space for Salon professionals to execute their work, at a fraction of the price that it would cost renting a static location for your business.
Our Booth offers our renters complete autonomy while working with other established creatives in a professional space at Water Tower Place. We provide our renters with working flexibility – how many days a week you would like to use the space & respective hours.
Product & Materials
Our Salon Booth renters are responsible for their overhead costs, which means you must bring anything that is required in order for you to perform the services that are offered. These items include towels, gowns, and back-bar products that you may wish to sell as retail.
Marketing
Our renters will be responsible for their own marketing strategy. FashionBar will work with Water Tower Place & is able to provide marketing assistance to help grow your clientele right here in downtown Chicago! We will work on a marketing plan during your 1st 2 weeks residence at our location to kick start your services right here at FashionBar Headquarters. Liability insurance will be required beforehand in order for you to be able to rent our booths as a contingency. FashionBar will be able to work with you in promoting your logo as part of the agreement, as well as promoting the services that you offer as part of the Salon Booth Agreement.
Finances
Planning for profit in our space is of utmost importance. If you would like to successfully set up a Salon Booth at Water Tower Place, record keeping finances and sales tracking is crucial. FashionBar offers these services at an additional cost.
Management & Logistics
As part of your rental agreement, FashionBar provides bathrooms for your clients, basic wifi as well as utilities – like water & electricity. FashionBar does NOT provide housekeeping and laundry facilities, each renter is responsible to inform their clientele of what is provided at the space, this will help you and your clientele to come prepared to get their makeover.

The average cost of a Salon can be as high as $1,200/week in Chicago. FashionBar offers you the opportunity to execute your services in our space for a fraction of that price.
