FashionBar located in Water Tower Place on Level 3 is your destination to rent a rack and sell your designer collection/brands directly to buyers and customers helping expand your market share, gain exposure and grow your designer business.
Designers/Brands agree to participate in (1) 4-hour shift, twice a month, scheduled with both FashionBar LLC and the Designers, to help promote the brand. Additionally, participation in monthly Instagram, Facebook Live, Vlog/Blog activities is required to drive sales. If logistics prevent participation, Designers/Brands should coordinate with FashionBar LLC for 2-3 monthly social media posts under the FashionBar business. All racks and clothing items must meet FashionBar’s requirements.
This participation entitles you to a 20% discount on FashionBar’s Business Consulting Services, The Shows, The Shops, and The Marketplace. You will also have access to the washroom, kitchen, and fitting room in your area. Your bio and website link will be listed on FashionBar’s website for the duration of the lease.

(1) 2 Arm T-Stand – This is a two-arm rack to be used for garments such as coats, shirts, dresses, sweaters, jeans, etc. (Rack will not be cluttered or overstocked).

This is a 36” to 48” rack on wheels to be used for garments such as coats, shirts, dresses, sweaters, jeans, etc. (Rack will not be cluttered or overstocked).

This is a 60” x 60” table to be used to cut patterns and/or fabrics to prep your garments for construction.

(1) 8 ft Tall – Skinny Rack Monthly: This garment rack should have 15–20 on a hang or on the shelf for folded garments and signage. (Racks will not be cluttered or overstocked).

Opt for a 8-Ft Tall Wide Rack for monthly rental to maximize your display space, perfect for showcasing larger collections or bulky items in a prominent retail setting.

(1) 6 ft table – This table should be used for accessories, folded clothing such as sweaters, jeans, etc. (Tables will not be cluttered or overstocked).

(1) Male or female mannequin to be rented monthly. This mannequin is used to display (1) look from your designer collection/brand. (Styling can be provided for an additional cost.)
(1) Marketing kit which includes signage for your rack with your logo and brand story. This signage will be designed and printed for you.
(8) 30 min or (4) 1 hr scheduled client meetings/fittings per month. You will have access to host client/business meeting sessions and/or fitting sessions for your brand.
NOTE: Fittings are for custom design products and not for retail or off-the-rack clients.
